I had the treatment to remove a bump on my nose. It looked great once the cast was off, it was thinned out and completely straight then about a week later this bump appeared or swelling over where my bump was removed and my nose looks uneven again.

Will the uneven swelling that looks like the bump I had removed on my nose go away? Is it possible the bump came back because I touched my nose too much once the cast was off?
