7 weeks

Finally starting to drop and look more natural. I'm also starting to feel better. Still some pain once in awhile but overall very minor.

Five weeks post-op

Feeling good. No bruising or tapes any longer. My breasts are starting to drop and have more movement. They're still sore and super sensitive in areas. No drastic change for me. It's just slow progression. I'm massaging like crazy, especially on my right side which has dropped a bit but is still sitting higher. I have some assymetry which I hope balances out eventually however I had assymetry to begin with and I'm realizing that even with implants, my breasts are taking their natural shape. Im starting to get excited about how they will look in the coming months.

I bought a comfortable sports bra today from VS and also tried on some bikini tops. I know my breasts have a lot of healing to do still but was curious to see how I'd look. Well, the tops with the underwire that resembled a bra, didn't fit right at all. It's like the width of the bra fit but my boob didn't. If that makes sense. I'm thinking maybe because they're still too high and hard. I'll have to wait. Next week is six weeks and I can wear any bra. Any suggestions on a good comfortable bra? Is it OK to continue to wear sports bras?

Patiently waiting...

Getting very frustrated with my progress. I know I have to be patient but my breasts are still very tight and the right side just refuses to drop. I'm massaging like crazy. Did anyone else have this problem at this stage?
My biggest fear about getting augmented breasts was looking fake so I've been having a little bit of a hard time dealing with the slow progress. Then I wake up to this comment on my real self page from someone who feels the need to tell me that I shouldn't have had my boobs done. I thought we were here to support each other. I just don't understand people who go out of their way to be negative. But at the same time, c'est la via! Now if only my implant would drop!

So far the doctor and staff have been wonderful. They're always available to answer questions and the doctor gives you information without selling it. I've never had to wait when scheduled for an appointment either.
