My name is Stephanie and I am a patient of Dr. Perez-Gurri.
This story’s a long one, but bare with me, it may help you with your decision.
My journey began by researching Plastic Surgeons because I had to replace my breast implants which required special surgery due to my circumstances. I didn’t know where to begin so I called my gynecologist office and spoke to my Dr.s assistant. She immediately told me about her experience years prior with Dr. Perez -Gurri. She said that she was extremely happy with her results and that her breast looked completely natural. She highly recommended Dr. Perez-Gurri.
I continued to research. I realized that there were a handful of Plastic Surgeons within my network and the majority were experts in hand surgery??!!!?. I made an appointment with a Dr. from my network and proceeded to meet with him. I was immediately alarmed and curios as to why this Dr. had beautifully framed pictures of hands in his waiting room (Que miedo.) He assured me he could do my breast surgery. He asked for no reports from my mammogram. Um…I ran out of that office and never looked back.
I started inquiring about Dr. Perez Gurri and found that whenever his name was mentioned, EVERYONE had only positive positive things to say.
My first experience was communicating with the front person at Imagos, Rosemary. EVERYONE at IMAGOS is amazing but my favorite, is Rosemary. When I spoke to her on the phone, she expressed her sincere respect and confidence in Dr. Perez-Gurri. She was warm, friendly and very well informed. I felt I was on the right track.
Now, here is where things change. I decided I wanted a face lift. I was unhappy with my “turkey neck” and jowls. I was super freaked out because I had heard and seen horror stories of “ windblown stretched out faces” of botched surgeries. Let’s face it, once you do your face, there is no going back. I was shown pictures of facelifts that Dr. Perez-Gurri had performed. They were all extremely natural and you could not even tell they had facelift surgery.
Still, I was nervous and anxious. I met with the Dr. I liked him instantly. He was professional, experienced, informative, patient, kind and warm. He is a perfectionist in his field, I liked that very much. He explained how he performs facelifts with detailed precision. I felt a lot better after meeting with him.
I had facelift surgery on July 31st, 2014. The nurses and anesthesiologist were amazing. They were professional and very personable. That’s very important to me.
A couple of days later, I could all ready see the results and was extremely happy. I went back to work 5 days after. No one noticed other than saying I looked refreshed and rested., Exactky the words that Dr. Perez-Gurri used while speaking to me prior to surgery.
Now it was time for my breast surgery. I went in without any fear. By now, I completely trusted the Dr. and could not wait to see the results. Let me just say, they are BEAUTIFUL and natural. I am so happy!!
Have NO doubt that whatever procedure you do with Dr. Perez-Gurri, you WILL be completely satisfied. I am willing to speak to anyone who has doubts. I thank Dr. Perez-Gurri and the entire staff of IMAGOS for my fantastic results. I have renewed confidence and am thrilled.
