There are NO cons to this procedure. The pros are the end result is higher, perkier and firmer breasts. Another pro is immediate relief of neck, shoulder and back pain. My advice to those considering it is to LOOK at all the other results out there.
The verticle or anchor scar is ugly. The breasts are bottom heavy and they are not as high on the chest wall as Dr. Horndeski's results. The scars are hidden under the breast and around the nipple and I can either wear a bra or not which I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I give Dr. Horndeski 5 STARS across the board because he is passionate about creating what the PATIENT wants. He knows times change and medicine and science evolves and he created the BEST breast lift/reduction procedure out there.
