Pre op done!

I had my preop appointment this morning and have four prescriptions I need to fill...antibiotic, pain killer, anti nausea and Valium. They ordered two different sizes to try during the surgery (397 & 421). I was happy about this because I didn't want to go a size smaller as he mentioned in the consultation. I will take an antibiotic the night before and the morning of my surgery. I will also take arnica Montana (herbal supplement) a day or two before and after my surgery to help with the swelling and bruising. Only 9 more days to go :)

Days are getting numbered

I have my preop appointment on the 30th and I am very excited!! Surprisingly, time has been going by really fast. It still hasn't set in that this is going to happen. I've always been confident with my body but always felt like less like a woman due to my flat chest (flat as a board with a sports bra). Itll be nice to fill out tops and bikinis come summer time without 2 inch padding.
My parents have been very supportive of my decision (I am living with them right now, just finished my masters in December and moved back in for a few months). I was a little nervous to tell my dad because I didn't want him to think I was doing it for anyone else but myself. And he is a little old school and has a stigma about fake breasts the women who have them. I think a lot more women has fake breasts than he thinks lol. He was very understanding and even began some research of his own so he could help me with postop aftercare!
Onto another subject, I've been having some crazy dreams lately due to anxiety. Capsular contraction has been on my mind a lot after reading quite a few stories about it on here. But I've come to terms with the small possibility of it happening and reminding myself there's nothing I can do about something I can't control.
Only 20 more days and I will no longer be in the IBTC, as my cousin would always say.

I've been stalking this site for a few months now...

I've been stalking this site for a few months now and finally ready to share my story and help those who have similar stats! This website has been so helpful and has provided me with so much information I needed to make my decision to move forward with getting a BA. I had my consultation a week ago and decided to go with 397cc silicone mod plus and an inframammary incision. I am currently a 34B, but I think I am more of an A because my boobs don't conpletely fill out the 34B. I would like to have a D cup post op and discussed this with my PS. I know cup sizes vary from brand to brand but I am sure I will get the results I want with this size. I brought lots of wish pics to my consultation, including ones from my PS's website. Pictures with clothes or bras on aren't useful to the PS, so it is better to bring topless wish pics!
Like many others on here, I am very active and concerned about not being able to workout for a few weeks. It'll be worth the temporary break from the gym in the long run though! I workout 5-7 times a week about an hour a day, some days I go twice. I do mostly strength training and rarely do cardio. I'm sure it'll be difficult to get back into the routine and lifting after the proceedure but I'll be ready to cross that road when it comes.
My surgery is April 9th and I couldn't be more excited to get it done!
