After having C-sections and 3 female related...

After having C-sections and 3 female related surgeries, the skin over my stomach was quite significant and no exercise after made a difference. The pros for having this surgery are obvious, you feel better when you look I the mirror, you can buy clothes that fit your size - not your tummy. and you are more confident.
The only down size for me was the drains. They were just a nuisance. You do need to have someone to stay with you after the surgery to make sure you are taking your meds correctly, at least for the first few days (my opinion).
* The price quote above only refers to the tummy tuck; I could not select two procedures on this webpage format.

I spent 5 years pondering a tummy tuck and/or face/neck lift and went for 3 consultations before I visited Dr. Lipschitz. I was not sure I was brave enough to do either, let alone both. My consultation with Dr. Avron Lipschitz was completely different than the others. There was a quiet assurance in his voice without being over confident; he simply knew and explained what he thought would be best for me. He did not recommend "everything under the sun," but suggested procedures that would be safe and effective, giving me a more refreshed look in my face and removing an large apron of skin from my tummy area. My husband went with me to the first consultation and my best friend went with me to the second. Both of them were impressed with how Dr. Avon talked to me, his explanations and overall demeanor. My surgery was scheduled several months in advance to accommodate my schedule so--- I had plenty of time to reconsider this decision. Each contact I had by email or in person, the office staff answered my questions or reassured me if I had any anxiety about the procedures; they were careful to explain what to expect on recovery time and/or referred my concerns directly to Dr. Avron, who also responded to me directly. Dr. Avron was recommended to me by another physician (in another specialty) when I asked, "Who would you send your mother to if they wanted a tummy tuck or facelift?" Dr. Lipschitz was his reply. I am only 3 weeks post surgery and am glad I had the procedures done. I am not the bravest person and have difficulty taking narcotic pain meds; I was prescribed something for pain and nausea and had no nausea. I have been off narcotics since the two week point and am only taking Aleve twice a day. Dr. Avron's nurse stayed with us the first night after surgery and Dr. Avron checked on me twice in addition to the office visit I made the next day. Obviously I have gone to follow-up appointments. The drains after surgery are cumbersome but necessary and are removed at varying times. If you are considering plastic or cosmetic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Lipschitz and believe you will be pleasantly surprised with his expertise and care as well as the support from his staff. Dr. Avon is easily accessible by email or phone as needed, during or after office hours.
