I hope you come back to this site and update us all on your progress. How long did your lip stay big? Are you still unhappy about it? Just had this done 5 days ago and I am sitting in the same boat as you were months ago. Would love to hear an update.

My comments may not be useful at this stage, but I plan to post another when my 'results' settle in. I've had restalyne 2 previous times in my lips and was very happy with the results even as soon as one day after - it lasted a long time on me, 9mos-1yr. I just had juvederm in my lips 3days ago, injected by the same nurse who did other injections. My bottom lip looks great, but my top lip even 3 days later is stiff/hard around the edges. I think she did more work on it to define the border, more manipulating and massaging, so I can't tell if it swelling or the product that is hard. The pain was Much less after the dental block wore off with Juvederm compared to Restalyne or maybe I'm just getting used to the pain ;) Anyway, my lips look great, but I'm not happy with the stiffness at all. I'm hoping that with juvederm that it is just going to take a little more time to soften up. I would be very happy even if it takes 2 weeks to go away, but if this stiffness is permanent, I would want it reversed with hyaluronidase and would not do it again unless (maybe) if they didn't inject as much. I will post more later as I recover. I appreciate any comments about this. Like the previous post, I just want to know when my lips will feel normal again.
