Bad Liposuction. Staten Island, NY

I have a very short torso, and it has always been my problem area even though i weight 110 lbs at 5'1, so i wouldn't consider myself fat. During my consultation with Dr.Heller at allure plastic surgery in staten island , i had brought two of my friends with me as well for consultations also, they sat in the same room with me as he i showed him what i wanted to have lipo'd , he agreed to doing my whole waist and under my bra strap area! He gave a great price so i decided to go with him as a doctor! He seemed professional and caring, so i left a deposit and scheduled my procedure. The week before my surgery they switched the location for my procedure to NYC! well that annoyed me because if i was to travel to the city i would have found a different doctor to use not someone from allure plastic surgery in staten island ! i have gotten breast implants in NYC before and a prestigious doctor and 12 years later they are still in and have had no problems, even though they were a fortune, but very well worth it. So the day of my procedure i waited about 30 minutes in the office where the cleaning service had let me in, there was no receptionist , no nurse, no doctor. i was getting a little nervous and discouraged. Eventually the receptionist made it to work and had me get set up for surgery, i was very scared because any cosmetic procedure is done at your own risk! Four hours later i was done, in the worst pain of my life which should be normal for just having liposuction, but the pain lasted about three months, you couldn't touch me or i would scream, when i went back to get my stitches removed the assistant left a stitch in and i had to pull it out myself when i got home.. i know grosssss. So the topping on the cake after all of this pain, is he never liposuctioned under my bra strap area, i had went back and told him and he tried to lie to me and say he did. I can clearly see that there is no marks from being punctured in that area and there was not a single ounce of fat taken out. So now my upper body hangs over my lower body, i am so disappointed in my results because I would never want to go through that much pain again especially when you didn't get the results you paid for.
