Personnel at Dr Kass's office were very helpful. Both Dr. Kass and personnel were patient with explanations. Worked with me to set up appointments and surgery date ( difficult with my travel scedule and they helped to work me in). Surgery center Dr. Kass used was top notch. Dr. Kass called me personnaly to check on me after surgery!
