I was embarrassed to have people look me in the face. I looked tired all the time, my face looked as if it was sliding off of my face, and I looked angry. It was my 50th birthday and I was ready to reclaim my face.
I consulted with Dr. Kass and was instantly impressed. He was thorough, took his time, and I felt no pressure or "sell". At a second appt. I booked my procedures, a lower face lift, upper and lower eyelids, bilateral ptosis repairs, and festoon removals. I had a pretty rough 1st week and my swelling was uneven and I also developed some hematomas. I was assured it would all resolve in time... and it did. I am beyond thrilled with my results!
