I came to see Dr. Kass and his superb staff after the new year. In just a short 6 months I was going to be 55, and I wanted to look how I felt, YOUNG! I met with Dr. Kass several times, but I truly feel that just after the first visit, I knew he was the right doctor for me. Dr. Kass spent several of my visits just listening to my wants and needs, as well as consulting about my prior eyelid surgery. I came in for a facelift and to have my lips filled, but what I was truly ignoring was the fact that I needed an eyelid revision. When I was 45 I had my eyelids done, and I was never truly happy with the results. Dr. Kass reassured me that he could achieve the results I was looking for, and boy did he ever! His office staff Mary and Kate truly raise the bar as far as clinical staffing goes. Mary went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered and that any nervousness or fears I may have had were reassured. When Mary wasn't available I was able to speak to Kate, who also reassured me. She's a very sweet young woman, and I am glad Dr. Kass has her as a scrub tech. She held my hand prior to my procedure and made me feel more comfortable. Kate made sure that I had everything I wanted, and even gave my husbands updates when she could. However, Dr. Kass is the real star here. He formed my face back to my young self again! My eyes are as how I wanted them to appear, youthful and happy! And my lips are a true work of art ! Dr. Kass has made me into a masterpiece and I couldn't be happier. His post operative care was a breeze. I was nervous about swelling and having the stitches taken out. Of course, Mary and Kate came to the rescue with reassurance, and he even had Kate hold my hand, which made me feel even better! Dr. Kass listened to what I wanted, and gave me back the confidence I was missing. I just turned 55 and I truly feel how I look, YOUNG! I highly recommend Dr. Kass and his staff of stars to anyone looking for facial cosmetic surgery, he will not disappoint!
