I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lund and the nurses. Couple of quirks with staff communication.... Dr. Lund took the proper amount of time with me, answered my questions, and made his recommendation based on what I wanted. Simple as that! Surgery was two weeks later with no complications, no bruising, and very minimal swelling!! Actually, I was shopping 2 days later... :) Follow up appts were a breeze and the longest I ever sat in the waiting room was maybe 2 minutes. The office staff were very pleasant and friendly. Two things that did bother me a bit, though. When I paid, they had me down for a less expensive implant. Glad I caught it, because I didn't want saline or silicone gel. Secondly, I called a few days after my initial appt to increase the implant to the maximum recommended size for my body. I ended up with the same size that I originally chose even tho I was assured they would change it. Turned out okay in the end, because I wouldn't want to go any bigger than I am now.
