I'm a 53 y.o. 5'5. My weight had topped out at 185 after recovering for a shoulder surgery. In December of 2010 I started running...yep it sucked but I was determined to get in better shape before turning 50. I dropped a few pounds but no inches. My weight yoyo'd for the next two years and three more abdomen surgeries. Still the lowest I got was 150 and I still had a shelf over my c-section scar and I still had to wear bigger shorts/pants to make up for it. I hated my body. But i did not give up running or biking. Finally in January of 2014 my husband watched me run a half marathon and when he showed me videos of myself running I was cried on the inside. How could I work so hard and look so bad? I had friends that had TT so I knew the cost and never would have asked my husband for it. But right before my 53rd birthday he gave me the greatest gift. The day of my surgery I weighed 158lbs and wore size 12 pants/shorts and x-large shirt 6 months later I weigh 140 pounds and wear size 6 in jeans/ 4 in shorts and size medium/ small shirt. I absolutely love getting dressed now. No more loose sweats and t-shirts. We recently went on vacation and for once I did not have to over pack "in case" I'm bloated closes.
I don't regret one single minute of choosing to have a Tummy Tuck/ muscle repair/ hernia repair/ Breast reduction w/ silicone implants/ and lipo of my top inner thighs. It has truly been life changing for me and my husband (wink wink)

I met with Dr. Peterson and I liked him instantly. I did research and talked with other patients. BEFORE... He answered all my questions and made sure I understood EVERYTHING. DAY OF SURGERY.. Dr.Peterson met with my husband and me. He went thru what was going to happen during the surgery. He spent time with my husband after the surgery covering any questions and concerns. DAY AFTER AND FOLLOW UPS... Had me come in to give everything a look over and to answer any questions. Each visit there after he spent so much time with me making sure I knew what was going on and what would be happening. Not once did he ever ignore my concerns. STAFF.... They were so incredibly nice and always took time to chat with me and check on how I was physically and mentally. OVERALL.. WOW! Never in a million years did I ever expect the outcome I got. I was expecting to look a little better.... Each day I am so excited to face the day because I look and feel better. I am so incredibly thankful for what Dr. Peterson did for me and how it changed my life. Would I do it again...... Yes! Absolutley!
