Update on my weight loss
Hello everyone I have not been here in a few months like since September 2015 and I was down 48 lbs on September 23, 2015 and here it is February 10 of 2016 and I am now down a total l of 62 lbs. I wish I could loose a lot faster but my doctor says I would slow down to about a 1/2 lb a week and that is where I am now is losing about 1/2 lb to 1 lb a week. I am feeling great but still having acid reflux and heart burn when I eat. Dr gave me a prescription for an antacid and I have taken a several kinds of antacids and they all work about the same to me. If anyone would like to comment be my guest I would love to hear from you all out there. Hugs to all Andrea
Wow I am still loosing
I have now lost 48 lbs since I had my surgery. I lost 5 lbs on the 2 week liquid diet before my sleeve surgery and I lost 43 lbs since the day of my sleeve surgery which is a total of 48 lbs. total. Wish I could figure out how to post my pictures on here so you all could see the difference in me since I have lost 48 lbs. My hair was really falling out but it has stopped. I am taking 1,000 mgs of biotin for hair loss and it is working and my hair has stopped falling out. Good luck to all my sleever friends. Hugs to all. Andrea 54
Weight Loss Update
Well I had my sleeve done on July 20th 2015 and have lost a total of 43 lbs so far. I have tried to load pics on here of me before my sleeve and they just won't load so I will keep trying till they load, hopefully. I was a size 22 before my sleeve surgery and I am now wearing size 16-18 and it feels so good to wear some of my smaller clothes. I know a size 16-18 is not small to some of you but when you are like me and have worn a larger size and then go down in size it is a major accomplishment. Thank You to everyone for all your support. Doctor Woods is an amazing doctor and he has lots of experience with sleeve surgery. He is very nice and answers all your questions and his bed side manor is wonderful also. He is so knowledgeable about the different weight loss surgeries and he really put me at ease and I was really scared to death to have the surgery but talking to him truely put me at ease.
