Had saline ones done in 1994 in Dothan and today, 17 years later, finally have a ruptured one. It was a horribly painful operation and recovery but I've always been content with them other than the dr taking some liberties and making me a bit larger than I had requested and shown photos of. He was a popular general surgeon in Dothan but has since retired. I am now in Springfield, MO and will be looking to have them redone.

Any input from anyone on the cost of this in the area?

I can't recommend because he's retired-- and I don't even recall his name! But, I wouldn't "not recommend" because I never had any problems.
