Tray 20

So one thing I definitely wanted to share is. Last Monday I had one impacted wisdom tooth out during Tray 19 week. One bit of advice if you need that done as part of your invisalign treatment. Please get them out first. I for some reason didn't do it first and I have to say it was a pain to do it during. The day of my tooth pull I took out my invisalign at about 9 am and tried to put them back in at 2pm but as soon as I did the whole tray would pool in blood. I know graphic imagine. I'm sorry. But my point is I couldn't put them back in until 10 pm that night I could do it with very little bleeding. My ortho said I could take a couple days off from invisalign and just make up two weeks before the next tray. But I was determine I don't want the treatment a day longer then I have too. So when I put them back in that night. Holy crap do your teeth take advantage of being free for that hours. It felt like a brand new tray going in. Mind you it was almost a week old. Anyways I popped it back in and went to bed on some heavy painkillers. Next day the tray felt normal again and my ortho said it was up to me if I wanted to give my self extra day to switch into next tray or continue as planned. I continued as planned without taking any set backs. Today being almost on Tay 21 everything fits perfectly. So I didn't lose any time. Only thing if anyone wonders blood does stain the trays. My upper back corner of tray 20 is yellow were the whole tray is nice and clean bc I clean them religiously. Anyways almost a third way done with my treatment!! I smell the finish line. And I do notice all my teeth moved but currently for the worst before they pull everything together once every tooth is in the right position

Tray 13

Man, it's really hard to update this post every week. But to be honest there's not much happening from week to week. I switch out my trays every week and it seems like nothing is changing but that's wrong.i up loaded some pictures of my week 13 progress. My bottom front teeth are moving a lot. In tray one I could barely squeez floss in between my teeth. Today I could fit a shoe lace in some spots. Lol jk but they are most definitely moving. One thing I've actually noticed is they are going to get worst before they get better but it's all part of the journey. One thing I find a huge problem is be careful how you remove it specially on first few days of every tray. If you pull them off from one end only you can bend them then your last Moller Spot won't sit properly. Had that happen to a tray but lucky few days later I started a new tray. Also I recommend an ultrasonic cleaner for trays from Amazon. Only 30$ and you never have to brush your trays again just pop them in for 5 min and they are cleaner then if you brushed them for the same time. I highly recommend. Also I have to day drinking beer in them is totally fine. Mine never stain from beer but as long as you clean them after your done drinking beer. I haven't tried with coffee and probably never will. Personal decision. I'll try to make more updates bc I'm very anxious to see my results bc they are so bad.

Tray 5

So life is getting very easy with these trays. I will start putting up pictures i am just to lazy. but even for my self I want to start tracking my progress. To be honest tray 5 and I still cant see any difference however I sure can feel it. I mean when I floss now the floss string goes in between my teeth with zero force. where before this treatment i remember I would have to fight with the floss string to even squeeze it in between some teeth. So things are moving!! The rubber bands I am also use to. Any people with rubber bands please give me your feed back because I am just worried that m one tooth that is so far out from my teeth that even the rubber bands wont be able to pull it down. But I have to stay positive.
So putting in tray 5 today was extremely easy. I got it down to a science. I bought some very fine sand paper and every week right before I put in my tray I sand all the edges that would come in contact with my tough. i learned my lesson on the first tray and now every tray after filing with sand paper is as smooth as the top of the trays. I do have to say this past weekend was extremly difficult for me to keep the trays in for the 22 hours. Me and my family want to the state fare and with all the food and beer to try its hard to avoid any of them. So a rule to my self a trusty water bottle and I allowed m self to drink beers with them in and just swish some water in between beer sips. and with food just popped them out right before my next snack and after snack a quick Wisk thinkgies. These this are amazing if you need to pop trays out on the go and clean your teeth real quick. because rinsing with just water is just not enough even for me. I go to my first check up in 3 weeks I am every excited to see my progress. Remember I change my trays every week so on tray 7 week 7 is when I first get to see my first follow up. but even at tray 5 it still fits snug and after about 3 or 4 day trays fit like a glove. So things must be moving according to plan.
Last thing I know when I first got them I could barely pop them out within a 10 min span now I mastered the art of taking them out with one swift pull withing causing a seen around me.

stay tooned for more updates.
