time flies so these three months have passed like nothing although the first two weeks were rather long hehehe. Looking back I think it was a good decision perhaps I would really not have been happy with fat oonly I like my butt now and i would definitely not want it smaller. I also like the shape. The only issue I have is that one butt is slightly harder than the other I am not sure to what degree such a thing maybe normal. I am going to marbella over easter with teh lads so I will take advantage pop in and see what the doc says.

I have passed a couple of difficult days, but my body looks great. the pain was excruciating in the first two days. The drains are really a nuisance. looks good though

did meet dr.aslani on thursday afternoon. I decided I wanted to see him person before either surgery. After a lot of to and fro discussion i will have implants and fat to my hips. I will do my breasts later since dr.aslani does not do breasts and butt together. his opinion is that it is unbearable to have implants front and back at the same time. I admit it is not convenient for me to have two operations, but really he is the expert. I like his work and I want a similar outcome so I will have to work with what he recommends
