My progress is coming along smoothly. I feel like my breasts are starting to soften up, they're dropping slowly, still a little high and my nipples are low but I did read they will come back up as the implants drop more. I'm very happy with my results so far and I'm excited to see what the end product is going look like!

I can tell they're starting to drop VERY little as each week goes by, sometimes I feel like they're going to stay high but then I look at my before pictures right after surgery and it gives me hope :)

I have an athletic body and am very into fitness and health. I've never really had much when it came to my breasts and that never bothered me. I loved my small, perky boobs. However, I noticed the more working out and lifting I was doing, the more they seemed to disappear. I wanted to feel like a woman in the mirror, to feel sexier naked, to actually buy sexy lingerie that FIT. This was the best decision I have ever made!!

After researching many surgeons, I came across Dr. Kasden. He had met my criteria as far as accreditations (The American Board of Plastic Surgery, Texas Board Certified Plastic Surgeon), the use of a board-certified anesthesiologist in an outpatient surgery center, he has an ample amount of experience in breast augmentations, his before and after photographs are astounding, and he spent an adequate amount of time with me during the consultation thoroughly explaining everything there is to know and expect from the surgery. He puts you at ease with his sense of humor and his high level of intelligence, keeps a smile on your face, but always remains professional. The staff is magnificent!! He makes time to answer my questions and I adore Dr. Kasden. My breasts are absolutely perfect and I am more than pleased with my choice and results!
