I'm 32 and just had breast augmentation in August. I never thought I would need implants (especially not at 32) After losing 15 pounds, I went from a full C to an A. Not only were they small, but they also became saggy. I got silicone implants under the muscle. I have a small frame so I didn't want to go too big as I wanted to still have the natural look:) Very pleased with my results!!
