“Breast Augmentation to Help with Loss of Volume in Upper Pole”
Spent: $6,000 in South Florida

Breast Augmentation to help with loss of volume in upper pole. Very satisfied overall, although I'm thinking it may be time for some revision. And apparently getting a mammogram with implants is not pleasant.
Recently I had my first mammogram and I suspect my implant (under, saling, approx. 10 years ago) was damaged. When my breast came out and off the plate, my implant gurgled, sloshed and felt like it was sliding back into place. Since that time (about a week ago) I've felt some discomfort, and when i lean forward or sideways (ie: any pressure) I feel like I have to hold my breast to me or it doesn't feel good. Mammo tech did not have an answer for me. I plan to go to a plastic surgeon as soon as I can get an appt. next week (my ps doesn't practice anymore) I can find no info on this scenario... any ideas??This review is the subjective opinion of a RealSelf member and not of RealSelf, Inc.
