I had 3 fraxel sessions. The damage is not immediate but takes several months to a year. I have developed deep ridges on my forehead after 6 months from my last session and have lost volume in my face. I am currently seeking someone to do fat transfer. I would not recommend this to anyone as the true results are not seen for months to a year later.
