“Remains to Be Seen.... - Sonoma County, CA”

The first few have been OK for a nice shiny complexion due to burning the top layer of my face off. However, I still have the same acne scars that I had when I started this three treatments ago.

Something I want to share that was a little alarming is that I used (their recommendation) ice packs after the first two sessions and when I went in for my 3rd, the nurse said they made a mistake and that the heat is necessary for collagen production!

I'm going in for my last one next week and I want them to give me at least one complimentary session since I haven't gotten results like the salesperson showed me in the photos.

I think this whole thing has the smell of a scammy fad that won't be around for very long thanks to blogs like this.
