Smart Lipo was worth it: Jury still out

I had smart lipo with suction and Vaser Lipo all done July 15th in Jacksonville, Florida. Like many in good shape, I had my problem areas that never went away with excercise or diet. Most impressive is the Dr, is Board Certified Surgeon, has performed hundreds of Lipo's, is very familiar with Vaser and Suction.
I had my love handles, lower and upper stomach done. My surgery lasted 3.5 hours. The Dr was wonderful, adding that he went on longer to get me better results. Really no pain during surgery and havent experienced much to this date other then getting up or down. I still have alot of swelling and brusing which hasnt shown me any results of the the surgery, but I am told and know the swelling will subside in time. I have worn the compression suite 23/7 with no problems. Have the lumpy bumpies in my tummy and try to massage them every night...Not sure how the final results will look a I am only 1 week out, but as much fat as the Dr took out, I am expecting them to be good...
Diet and excercise are very important...
