I was in moderate pain for about a week. once my drains were removed, pain was not a problem. hard time getting muscles back in shape...always did a lot of situps and stitches would pull and hurt so had to use a ab machine at the gym so i could start doing them again. that was the only frustration. wore my compression undies for a few months and my compression belt for the 6 weeks.

a year later, i'm still looking good and it was money well spent. just wish i had the money to do the vaser for the hips as the doctor had wanted, but the results are still better than i ever expected and i am thrilled.
