Last year towards the end of the year about October I decided to have Vaser Lipo done in my lower stomach. It didn’t come out as well as I had expected. I had some lumps and it wasn’t very smooth.
I waited 6 months and still wasn’t very happy with the results so I decide to consult with another doctor for a revision. The first time I met with him I felt at ease, he was very knowledgeable and very advanced in this field. As soon as he looked at my body he knew exactly what he wanted to do to make me look my best. He recommended the Vaser Lipo in my whole abdomen, hips and lower back and then he said we should use the fat and transfer it into my bottom. I had not even thought about that but it sounded like a great idea and I had always wanted a nice round bottom.
I had the surgery on March 19, 2009 and I am only 3 weeks post-op and I already see amazing results. My stomach is FLAT, my waist is small and the best part of it all…I have a nice tight round butt!!! I was pretty sore the first week…not much bruising…and each week gets better.
The follow-up massages that were offered in his office were great too. I thought they would hurt because I was so tender but they actually felt good. The downside is not being able to sit for 4 weeks, but hey it’s well worth it!

The doctor that did my procedure is Dr. Armando Soto. His phone number is 407-218-4550. If you call his office they can send you detailed directions on how to get there from your location. I am not sure about how long you may have to stay close by. After my surgery I put rolled towels under my thighs and lower back so I could sit and not put weight under my bottom. Hi there- I agree with Michael that generally fat that has been treated with the VASER will not be viable for grafting. In the case of this particular patient we harvested fat for grafting using a more traditional technique in order to maximize fat survival, then used the VASER to maximize her shape once we knew we had enough fat for the buttock augmentation. Having said that, however, there are some experienced Buttock Augmentation surgeons who do use the VASER (on low settings) to harvest fat for grafting, apparently with very good success (one of them I know is actually world famous for the technique). Until a carefully done study is done, we may not know for sure, so I usually prefer to harvest fat for grafting the traditional way and use the VASER for sculpting afterwords.
