It was a pleasant experience on the whole, I only had slight discomfort when the applicator was placed n it started suction. But after about 10min, I did not feel any pain. I had upper & lower abs and both love handles done on the same day, which took 4 hours in total. I felt good after the session, no pain just icy cold in the 4 areas but after a few hours, everything was normal. The stabbing pain n cramps were bearable and I did not need any painkillers whatsoever. I am now in my 19th day, no more pain, tummy felt a little slimmer, I am waiting to see results after 1 or 2 months.
