My friends had saline, I chose after research to do silicone and after all is said and done- one year later both friends have gone to silicone. Test them out- not offending anyone of course.

There is not much to argue you will feel the difference yourself. Most of the homework you will do is your doctor- they are many academic doctors be sure you find a doctor that is also an artist.

Growing up with nicknames like " Itty bitty titty committee" helped me make my decision towards implants. I have a very athletic slender build. Broad shoulders and my size did not match my build. I wanted to go a lot smaller then what Dr. C recommended, but after talking with girlfriends I was told that usually people make the mistake of going small and had wished they had gone bigger. I trusted Dr. C and do not regret it. My size is perfect.

It seems like there are so many doctors out there anxious to get you in and work on you. Especially in todays economy. While chatting with doctor C about my breast aug I mentioned I was thinking about liposuction on some areas. He hesitated and said " I wouldn't go there until you had done everything you could physically to get rid of it." I was pretty shocked. Finally! A doctor that pushes inner beauty and inner change. But he is not an idiot to the fact that life does take its toll and in life we sometimes need assistance. I was so impressed with his bedside manner and staff. He cares, He truly cares.

When you walk in the Aesthetica door its a completely different feel then many of the other Utah offices. Dr. C is very respectful during the entire process. His staff makes you feel very welcomed and relaxed. But the best thing about my experience is that Dr. C is a straight shooter, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. Very real and down to earth. He educates you, he does not talk down to you.

It is wonderful to hear of your happiness with your choice of implants and surgeon. Overall, the satisfaction rate for patients who undergo breast augmentation is quite high. Obviously, you've discovered for yourself not only the benefits of silicone implants over saline, but also the security in choosing a board certified plastic surgeon with excellent credentials and reputation - - Way to Go!
