I had this done back in 1988. I went from an 32A cup to a 34B/C cup. Not like now with everyone getting D or DD cups.. I love that I had it done, but wish I had gone with a 34 A cup as sometimes I still fell to big for my size one body. I do have some hardening on one side but I can usually get the scar tissue to pop and then its fine. I don't know how long they are supposed to last but my doctor says mine look so natural that she couldn't tell I had them done. I have very faint scars under the breast.
