I went from a B to a D 9 years after having my son. The surgery was much more painful than anticipated, and took a week to recover to the point of not being in constant pain. However, since then I have healed rapidly and am very pleased with the results. I have had a few extra follow up appointments since I was feeling odd sensations and even hearing a sloshing noise for a day or two, but all of the things I sensed were normal and it's been 4 months now and my breasts are almost completely normal looking. The right one still has a slight indentation where my own tissue has not completely settled around the implant, but it is hardly noticable and is improving. The breasts look great, I feel younger and sexier, which was the goal! My friends tell me how natural they look, and I am very happy and feel more feminine than I have in years. Don't rush into this if you aren't completely sure you are ready, the recovery can be much longer than you realize and the breasts don't look normal for several months, so be prepared.  Good luck!
