1 vial was applied one month ago by MD to nasolabial folds, and below corners of mouth to fill in hollow areas. Slightly painful, but becomes numb quickly. Would do it again.

Doctor explained everything, asked me questions, and answered mine. filled in areas below my mouth, which is something I haven't seen in before and after photos. It came out wonderful and took years off of my face, restored volume. He's a talented physician in this respect.
