At age 48 I was recommended Thermage for jowling and under eye wrinkles. I had full face and neck Thermage done in Sep 11. Didn't like the fact that the procedure was perfomed by a tech and not the doctor. It was pretty painful (as many reviewers state), and I saw no improvement in the jowling and wrinkles. Biggest waste of money!
I had an S-lift (face and neck) with lipo done in Dec 12 (by a different doctor) to correct the jowling and neck wrinkles. I have seen a noticeble improvement in my chin and neck, but I'm still healing.

Sorry to hear the Thermage didn't do anything for you. That must have been disappointing.
Did you go to the same doctor for your lift as you had perform the Thermage?
