I had it done because i've never been happy with my nose as it had a bump and i also had a deveated septem. The surgeon lead me to beleive that my nostrels would look even as i explained to him that this was my biggest concern. Now im stuck with one huge nostrel and I don't know what to do. I am happy with how it looks from the right side and the left side is ok but from the front i can't stand it.

How long has it been since you had the nose job? From the picture it looks like it could be just swelling. The swelling could potentially last for even a year after the nose job.

From what i have read, you should wait at least 6 months before deciding whether to do a revision. But it could take up to a year for the swelling on the tip of the nose to go down.

I think you look good. Your nostrils will most likely even out. I noticed your post because of the before and after pics. It is so difficult to look at my pictures from before when I am still in the recovery process... hurts.... I had septo and rhinoplasty too. Well best wishes! Hope everything works out! :)
