It's done
I had my surgery Tuesday. Still a little sore, but getting around pretty well. I am pleased with the results so far, but definitely need to get some more weight off.
Pre-op Done
I'm running on fumes, guys! The time difference between the States and Japan is kicking my be-hind! I flew in Monday and had my pre-op appointment the next day. It went okay UNTIL I met with the doctor and he said he wanted to change my surgery to an extended TT. Okay, fine whatever. Then he told me it was going to cost extra, my mouth dropped. WHAAAAT! No sir, more $$, no way! I paid in full months ago. I talked about adding lipo to other areas (outer thighs) before he hit me with this news. They quoted me an addition $3000. My head spun. I was able to get them to come down to $2000. Still didn't want to pay that much extra, but my husband said go for it. So I did. Still scheduled for this coming Tuesday, feel excited, but BROKE O.o
Creeping Up
My surgery is in about 3 weeks, and I'm sad to say that I haven't done much to lose weight like I planned. I wanted to lose 20lbs before surgery. I will be lucky to lose 5-8 at this point. I feel really discouraged.Womp, womp. I guess I'll just have to focus on what I can do in the moment to make this a success. What are some good plans to help shed some pounds when you're down to the wire?
