I met Dr. Ridgeway in the operating room. I had had a MOHS procedure on my nose earlier in the day that became very involved. The cancer surgeon told me about Dr. Ridgeway and referred me right over to meet him at Swedish immediately. I had a very large section of my nose removed during the MOHS procedure and needed reconstructive surgery right away. He was very nice and calmed me down with ease. I awoke several hours later with my head bandaged completely. Dr. Ridgeway gave me wonderful assurance that everything had gone very well. I was released from Swedish in a couple of hours with his very clear instructions about follow-care. I followed them carefully. When I returned to have the stitches removed I was surprised at the size of the reconstruction but more surprised that even then my nose looked like my nose.

Dr. Ridgeway and his staff took amazing care with me throughout the subsequent visits and now it's amazing. No one can tell that I ever had either the cancer or the reconstruction. I can't recommend Dr. James Ridgeway highly enough. He's a very caring physician with incredible artistry and execution.
