I had developed melanoma after being on the pill, so I tried the IPL laser treatments. It definitely worked for getting rid of the brown spots(took several treatments), but did leave me more sun sensitive so I had to use sunscreen and wear a hat.

Hi Wander, 

I'm glad this worked out for you and the brown spots are gone. Other community members have mentioned they too have to wear sunscreen and hats after the treatment. I imagine it's because your skin is so new. We'd love to see pictures.
