I am a 47 year old woman that really wanted to bring form back to my sagging breasts. It was suggested that I have a lift along with implants for the most optimum look. i really didn't want the scars from a lift and Dr Sattler agreed to perform the surgery using form stable implants. I was warned that I would still have some sagging however, I couldn't be happier with the results. My breasts have a very natural look to them and I am very pleased with them. Dr Sattler did an excellent job and is always such a joy to come see and work with. His staff is the most friendly I have ever experienced and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any surgery done.
