Breast Augmentation Submuscular Moderate Plus 304cc Silicone. - Seattle, WA

Before I didn't plan to write any review, but I really want to recommend Dr. Sattler to everyone.
I did a lot of research before I do the surgery.. I have met three Doctors in Seattle, but I finally chose Dr. Sattler. The reason why I choose him because I think Dr. Sattler is really friendly, many positive reviews, did the most nature look breast augmentation (Before & After photos).. He is so honestly and with such knowledge!!! I want a nature look but also want big boobs... I want to go between 300cc - 350cc... but Dr. Sattler told me that I might better to stay at 286cc if I want a nature look because I am very thin and have very small frame... If I go too large, he honestly told me that I won't have a nature look on my breast... but if I really want to go that large, he can still help me.. he think I could go up to 325cc if I want more projection and a fuller look. But I don't want a FAKE look..... so we have discuss about 286cc and 304cc.. I feel like he really listen what's my goal... what I want to look like...... He lets me decide, but also give me a lot of advices... tell me the results should be like what.. what will happen...etc..
Dr. Sattler also give his personal phone number to me, and he allow me to call him anytime if I have any emergency... painful I can't handle... fever, etc... I think he is super nice, and friendly...
After the second day of the surgery, I send him a message about my concerns... I don't really want to call him because it's Saturday morning... it's not the office hours... but I still got a really quick reply... He is very kindly.... and I think he is really take care to his patients...

I have my surgery on 2/26/2015. Everything went well.... I feel very tired and sleepy after surgery... I don't feel really painful..... I rate 5 after the surgery... (1 is no pain... 10 is the highest).. I back home and sleep, take the medicine... I feel good and just a little bit uncomfortable... I think the medicine works very well... I don't feel pain at night if I don't move.... I can sleep well.. I rate 1 at that time...

Everything went really well and I am so happy with my result...... I think it's perfect in my eyes. I am A cup and jump to small D..... but I think after swelling.. I might have a full C or large C.... My breast is in the perfect size and very nice shaping and nice looking even though it's just few days after surgery... I believe my breast will look more nature in the future....

Now is Day 6... I think my breast is soften than before... but I feel very tight in this few days... sometimes I feel uncomfortable and easy to wake up when I stop to take my medicine... And today... I take my pain medicine again.. and I feel more comfortable now... I will meet Dr. Sattler tomorrow and I will ask him about this...
