In my heart of hearts I still believe that the way we are made is "enough". That said, I have a lot more freedom and comfort in intimate settings after deciding to get breast augmentation. The first time my breasts bottomed out which was related to my anatomy. Dr. Sowder recommended Strattice (akin to an interior bra) which provided the support I needed. I now forget my breasts are there and feel more comfortable with the size (the bottomed out version appeared bigger unless I had the "right" bra on...)
