I am from canada so the only con would be the drive all the way down to his office, other than that i cant complain. I wanted to enhance my breast size from an a cup to a c cup with a 300 cc fill in the left breast and 330 cc fill in the right. Dr. Salemy made my breasts fuller and more symmetrical and definitely gave me peace of mind with his 9 years of experience and reassuring words at all my appointments and before my surgery. I am now 2 months post op and extremely satisfied with my results. I had my incision under the breast and the scar is very minimal however i am now using bio oil twice a day.
