mother of three after my children were old enough it was time for me. i started walking 2 miles a day and working out a few times a week with changing my eating habits.and now i walk about 9 to 10 miles a day, with working out five times a day.and the loose skin well not go away so i started looking into a tummy tuck.I will add photos this week.
