I had a mastopexy with implants done about 8 years ago and they were (predictably) starting to sag a bit and I wanted a smaller profile.

Dr G was very clear as far as explaining my options and the pros and cons and risks of each choice. He and the staff were extremely conscientious when it came to explaining the risks of the procedure and what would happen (vis a vis corrective measures and financial responsibility) in the event of a less than desirable outcome. That said, everything turned out great and I have been very happy with my results.
