I am 7 weeks post op & I am pretty happy with my results although the swelling is discouraging. Looking at my pictures I see the difference and I'm happy! I've been walking 5 miles a week since week 5 & I've started to work a little more now. My weight fluctuates quite a bit but I know once I start running again I will be able to drop & hopefully reach my goal of 135, I'm between 141-146 now.

Wow you and I are in the same boat. I am 7wks as of yesterday, my weight is 143 and I wanna het down to 135. I saw my PS yesterday and told me im ok to resume ALL normal activity even kickboxing which is what I love to do. But I really dont feel quite ready for that yet, I think I will waitt another couple of weeks. But you are looking awesone. The swelling sucks but I know itll get better...happy healing
I see you have lost about 10 lbs since surgery, good for you! I was 147 before so I haven't lost much :/ anyway hope ur feeling better now! :)

Today marks 4 weeks, I walk straight, my waist is getting smaller & though I still swell I fit most of my preop pants without the love handles :) its hard to believe how badly I felt before & how I feel so much more normal. I can't wait til I don't have to wear compression garments!

Today is my second day back at school & I'm...

Today is my second day back at school & I'm soooooo super swollen, my skin hurts :( I look pretty similar to pre op today so I'm not too happy. I have so much going on w final papers coming up that my stresslevel is through the roof, that can't b helpful :/ I hope it goes away some, I think I need some arnicagel now, it always seems to help.
