Wow talk about attitude. I was emailing back and forth with Cindy the patient coordinator. Her emails seems rude to me but I didn't want to judge the way someone writes. After calling the office twice I left her a message. She emailed back "on the other line". Finally when she called she cut me off to tell me the next consultation date would be end of September,.. As I began to explain that wouldn't be ideal,.. She interrupted with "great have a good day" and hung up on me!!!!! For a procedure that could risk my life and cost me over 20,000 I expected a little bit of respect. After researching for 4 months I expected a little bit of compassion. I'm not sure how this practice is run but even when I called back to speak to her supervisor the lady at the front thought it would be cute to keep transferring me to CINDY!!! I'll be calling back Monday to let her SUPEERVISOR know the inappropriate behavior of her staff!!!!!! Good luck ladies hope your experience is better then mine.
