Hi :) I decided to go ahead with Vaser Lipo after 3 years of eating healthy and exercising, I still could I not make my stomach flat. My surgery date is 4/27/12. I am so excited. I am planning on posting pictures. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? how long did you take off befor returning to the gym?

Well today is day 2.I was in alot of pain the first day yesterday. i am hoping today will be much better. I am starting to bruise and the swelling has gone down quite a bit since yesterday. I will post some before pics and then when i can take my garment off tomorrow to show i will post progress pics.. My Dr actually got some on my love handles too - almost all the way on my back!! that was a HUGE plus!

love Dr Ward he is the best! I orginally had my mind set on another Dr from a friends review of him and went to dr ward for another consult and stuck with him. from the moment i walked in the door I have been treated with so much respect. The whole office is amazing! and Michelle couldn't of been more helpful. I would highly recomment Dr. Ward to anyone.

You look amazing! Is Vaser less painful than traditional lipo? I imagine you'd recommend this procedure, right? I'm researching lipo after having had 3 kids...am thin and exercise, but there's no getting rid of the love handles. Anyway, congratulations!
