I carried my triplets to 35 weeks pregnant. My stomach afterward was a nightmare. I had layers of skin hanging on top of each other. I had to push my stomach layers down into my jeans and wear Spanx every day. I had an extreme hernia in my belly button that poked out far and looked horrible. My entire abdomen wall was ripped apart from top to bottom. I was so embarrassed even for my husband to see. I saved my money for 5 years, and I could finally get surgery. Dr Spies repaired my extreme hernia, sewed my abdomen back together from top to bottom, and cut out several pounds of hanging skin. My incision was from the backside of one hip all the way across my stomach to the backside of my other hip. I also got breast augmentation because I'd never had before. Dr Spies knew the perfect meds to give me, and I was able to heal with little pain. I was so nervous about the recovery, but I just had to take my meds and rest to recover. I was actually off my pain meds after only 1 week. I had no pain after that. I was just sensitive, and had to relax. I had a lot of swelling, but I stayed down for 5 weeks trying to take it super easy. After 6 weeks the swelling was almost completely gone. It took about 4 months until the swelling was completely gone. I felt beautiful! I looked in the mirror after my shower and thought wow! I look sexy! After years of hiding behind my towel in front of my husband, I felt sexy and beautiful and confident in front of my husband. He loved it, and couldn't wait till I was recovered! I had a new confidence I'd never had before! I finally had boobs too! Thats something I'd never had my whole life. Dr Spies saved me! I was amazed by the job he was able to do. I can't believe he was able to perform such a miracle! I am so happy! I feel sexy! I am confident! I love it! On a scale of 1 to 10 Dr. Spies made me a 12!
