I have the greatest respect for Dr. Shapiro, I had a surgery from him - the surgery outcome was GREAT. You are a great communicator and have the best bedside manner I have encountered. It's amazing how much experience & training you have. I was fascinated by the fact that a service like yours exists. All the staff is professional & put me at ease with kindness - the nurse was very attentive and caring. I will 100% refer others to your facility who are considering plastic surgery.
