Bigger is Better - Scottsdale, AZ
UPDATED FROM Scottsdale1247
Pic updates 3 1/2 later from upsizing.
WORTH IT$6,200
Here's some recent pics to see how this size implant softens up over time. You can see how round and firm they looked especially on the upper part of the implant from the post op swelling. I actually miss that lol...boob greed...
Anyways, hope this is helpful to those looking to get larger over the muscle implants:)

Happy with implants for now...I know I won't be able to go 10 years until my next revision again bc of the size I am now and being over the muscle. I do miss the "post op perkiness" that you have for the first few months, perhaps I need to get them under the muscle to keep that look. They are still soft- although obviously not like silicone-and there are surprisingly very few spot where you can really "feel the implant" badly.

Congrats on your new girls...what made you go with saline & what has your experience been with them?
Thanks, I needed to be able to overfill the implants to minimize the rippling because I am still over the muscle so I don't have much tissue to cover the bag, With silicone that isn't possible. I like them, my first aug was with saline so I knew what to expect. With siicones, I heard that annual MRI's are recommended to make sure they arent leaking since you can't tell unlike with saline.
you look awesome!
Thanks! Yours too!
You look fantastic! I appreciate all the pictures you have up as it is hard to get a good idea of what the outcomes are from one or two pics!! Huge improvement!
Congrats!
Thanks! I know, if you are doing research you will find that one size implant can look totally different on a bunch of people so it's nice to see different frames for different cc's. It can be excruciating if you are in the process of trying to decide what size to choose from! I'm sure I literally looked at hundreds of breast aug pics when I was trying to make sure I was making the right size decision lol.
In awe...they are beautiful! U have what I want BUT ain't gunna happen, can get revised so many times. Very beautiful results! ;)
Thanks! Sorry you have had so many issues with your revisions, I took a quick look at your revision review. I didn't see how many you have had but sounds like you have had all negative experiences-what does your dr say when you bring up your concerns? btw, That 1st sample pic you have from dr. P is one that was one of my fave examples for my dr to see too! I hope he is not retired by the time I am ready for another revision. I can understand how emotionally frustrated you feel, its hard but it IS possible to be happy with your results-have you consulted w any other drs?
Your revision results are beautiful I just had my revision done 2 days ago. I went with 800cc high profile gels under the muscle I just love how big they are. Hope I won't lose much of the size when the swelling goes down. I just love the swollen look!
Thanks! How has the swelling settled? I was just noticing on myself that a year post op I look so much smaller! Haha I know we get used to the size and all but I am totally with you on the swollen look-I wish I could just keep it! You were lucky to get gels and have them under the muscle though-I hope to do that next time. I feel like unders don't appear to get as much shrinkage as overs.
really! i thought it was the opposite: that unders look smaller than overs once the swelling goes down.
Idk, I feel like the overs have the illusion of size bc the all around roundness they keep like in the upper pole area. Unders have the nice slope that makes them look a bit more natural..Who knows, we are both 800+ cc's and we are talking about looking smaller LOL. Boob greed. It's a funny thing! I already think about my next revision sometimes(bigger-just a little more)! So how are yours doing? I think my swelling was minimal by month 5 or 6.
im still very much happy with my boobs and i love them! but i want bigger! when i look in the mirror they look big to me but sometimes they look small too! i guess im used to them; im almost 4 months and sadly all my swelling is completly gone! i love the swollen look! i know i wont go bigger because ive gone as big as silicone goes! unless one day silicone goes up to 900cc or 1000cc! How much bigger are you planning to go! Do you have a surgery date set?
That's good, that is funny how we do get used to them. I don't have any specific plans as of yet but I would like to add about a cup size so I could be similar to my immediate post op size. 1000 sounds about right since I have 850 now. I have a few other things on my wish list though so who knows when I will get a revision!
i was thinking about going up to 950cc mysellf! (150cc)! more lol!
Nice, haha.....every time it's "just ONE more cup" !
lol!

Sooo, I had surgery a week and a half ago. My existing saline implants were filled to 850cc's (from 800) to correct some asymmetry and I had some pocket suturing done in the underside area and a little up the outer sides. Pain was not too bad, I'm a pro by now lol, but there was some, after all- surgery is surgery. They are still tender and am still needing constant support on them or they hurt. The change is minor but I notice the improvement. They are perkier from the additional volume and the tightening of the lower area of the pockets. Sometimes subtle changes can make big improvements!

Hello! Beautiful breasts and body! I am from Russia. In Russia, girls with big breasts bad shape. They are complete. You are slim! very good!
Thanks Katie, yes I have always been athletic but had no boobs-when I got my first augmentation it completed my figure and balanced it out. It was amazing how clothes fit me differently. All of a sudden I had a waist and my shoulders seemed to fit my body better. It's all about proportion. Plus, I felt so much more like a woman, sexier, more confident.
Tell me please, what exercise equipment do you use for the body? I did two months ago, and increased breast 34ddd. And put on weight! 22 pounds of weight. I can not lose weight. thank you
I do a lot of cardio (try to do 45-90 minutes)mostly on the elliptical machine (set on intervals) and light toning with weights and a kettle ball. I also keep active playing squash. But you have to integrate a healthier diet as well or you won't lose weight. Cutting out alcohol and dairy made a big difference for me as well.
So you had an augmentation 2 months ago and gained that weight? It is tough afterwards because you are physically limited and if you eat what you normally do then you will gain bc you are just sitting around, not burning calories as usual. 22 lbs will make a noticable difference on your breast appearance as well, even with implants. That's a big reason why I decided to have mine redone-I had just LOST about that much before I had my revision and had horrible rippling and they were so much smaller. At one point when I was 20 lbs heavier, I think I was wearing 36 band bras - now I am a 30 or 32!!

thank you very much
I'll do the same
way too big
Thanks for sharing your opinion, johny. You bring up a good saying - beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You certainly cannot ever live up to everyone's unique preferences in looks but ultimately you have to make sure you please yourself first. When I say "bigger is better", it really is my opinion in reference to the fact that the majority of women that undergo breast augmentations feel they should have gone just a tad bigger. I think a big factor in this regret is that patients are so big right after from the swelling that when it goes down considerably, they are disappointed after first having them a bit larger than their "settled" size. Even a year after my original surgery my breasts looked much smaller than months previous.
I am happy with my current size though. You would be surprised how many people don't even think I have big implants when I am in normal clothes, so I can choose to be noticed or not depending on what I wear which is nice. I don't walk around in a bra all the time (except at home lol) so they are not as "HI LOOK AT ME!" as you would think lol. These pictures are for the sake of the review so women maybe thinking about doing it themselves can see real pictures and read about real experiences to educate them and prepare them for it. Also, bc I have them the size that they are, overfilled and over the muscle, they have a considerable shelf and upper roundness that gives the an overall larger appearance than what they are. The same size put under the muscle would look much different.
My wife is getting implants in 2 weeks of course we have been researching we thought they just look a bit to big for your skinny frame is all. I am sure they look great with cloths
I am not really "skinny", I think I have an athletic figure - I am kind of 'hippy' and think that becoming 'busty' balanced me out - I will put up a clothed pic for you to see. My top is kind of fitted but I think I look proportioned still.
well the doc told us he thinks for her frame she should go 450-500cc my wife is worried she will look too big. She wants a full c-cup she weighs 132 lbs. @ 5'6 how tall are you?
I am 5'4". Usually I think about every 125-150 cc's supposedly is a cup size. It also depends on the amount of natural breast tissue that you start with. I was barely a B cup but was heavier then, so now with less breast tissue I'm sure. I don't think your wife should worry unless she is large already, sounds like she has a slender figure as well but keep in mind my first ones were 450, you can see the size in the first pic-It was taken after many years (9) and with weight loss (20+lbs) but you can clearly see they are no where near looking "too big" lol! That is nice of you to be researching it with her:) Good luck!
Hi johny111 I'm around the same size as your wife. I am 5'6" and 130Lbs. I have 475cc high-profile silicone implants. Without my implants my bust-waist-hips measurements were 33-26-37 and I had about 325cc of natural breast tissue to start with (equivalent to a 34B), and with my implants I am now 37.5-26-37 and the total volume of breast is about 800cc. I do have a strangely small ribcage so my bra fits as a smaller band/large cup size, but I am the equivalent cup size to a 34DD/DDD if I wore a 34 band size bra. Remember not all bras are sized the same and the size is just a number/letter. It's your over all shape and look you want that you have to think about. Hope this helps. ^_^
I agree, bra sizes are almost irrelevant after you get large implants! Ugh, it has been such a hassle to find the right bra bc the sizes that fit you do vary depending on style, brand, etc. the wires are usually the wrong shape for me or the bras are shaped into these awkward cone cups that my very round breast do not sink into like real breast tissue.
Well we are going with what the doctor recommended 450-500 cc silicone high profile my wife submitted and agrees the doctor knows best so wish us luck. Now on to the bra finding fun lol
Scottsdale1247 -I can’t agree with you more about the whole cone shape thing. Nothing worse than having torpedo boobs….real or augmented. I’ve had good luck so far with brands that come from the UK, they tend to have a rounder fit and a higher profile cup and they have my size (28G/28GG UK sizing). I was even able to find an underwired sports bra, by Panache, that fit! It was so comfortable I wore it for a whole day while riding my dirt bike. Even with all my gear on it never shifted or pinched.
Johny111 -best of luck, just remember that it takes a while for swelling to settle down and if her implants are under the muscle it takes time for them to “fluff” so don’t invest too much money in bras. Size will change until healing is all done. ^_^

yeah thanks for the tip
What UK brands do you like? I almost had luck with a 30f from Freya. I know, who the hell has these angular cone boobs that some of the bras are molded into lol?! Good tip on not spending too much on bras. I was originally a 34ddd at Fredericks 1 month post op then a month or so later it was way too big and I was stuck with a bunch of huge bras!!
