double bubble

After my 2nd opinion from a different surgeon, my head is in even more of a tizzy, he has told me I have double bubble, but the placement of the implant is fine, even although it was placed to high in the first op. Any one else suffer from double bubble and how was it treated? My surgeon says he doesn't want to lower the fold, that I should replace the implants with tear drop shape or to get a lift, although he says I don't really need a lift. Aaaarrggh, all I want is boobs that have some kind of lower pole fullness rather than all up Top.
I came out and all I wanted to Do was cry, and for the first time since my ba, I felt regret

revision 2 nd opinion

I have finally got my appointment through for my second opinion, after meeting with my surgeon before Christmas, he dismissed my concerns and said he was happy with my result, even although I wasn't, he said the only thing he could do now would be to place the implants above the muscle and make a new bigger pocket, as I had suggested that the pocket just now isn't big enough, but I wanted a natural look which I don't feel I would get above the muscle. I also had to ask for a 2nd opioion. And he wasn't best pleased. I didn't hear anything after a month so decided to contact the hospital myself and speak to a nurse, who has now got my second opinion, later in march. Fingers crossed

revision let down

9 months after my revision, I still feel my implants are placed to high.
I went back to see my surgeon who dismissed my concerns and was quite happy for me to leave his office, I took my friend with me who I showed my boobs to before the appointment and also agreed she thought they were to high.
I feel quite let down by my surgeon, and had to ask for a second opinion As he didn't offer it. I heard nothing, so I contacted the hospital and spoke to a nurse who arranged a appointment last week and is now arranging my second opinion.
I feel I have no lower fullness in my breast, and when I touch them I can't feel the implant unless I push upwards.
After asking the few friends Ino that have had implants dual plane, their results look a hundred times better and each one has lower pole fullness. I will post pictures later.
