I can't tell u how tight and engorges my breast felt for 2 weeks! I couldn't stand it. It wasn't pain just TIGHT!!! But just after week 2 it faded. The dr gave me Valium but it didn't help.
I just had my check up his week and everything looks great. I can work out and have no restrictions now! I tried to sleep on my side but that wasn't very comfortable. Sleeping on my back for a month has been tough. Not sleeping the ought the night but so much better every week. So glad I did it! I waited so long. Fought my internal struggles to do the breast aug but at the end. I feel good. Ready to live to the fullest.

Post op day 9 started implant massage
Finally feel like I'm turning the corner. I still have trouble sleeping but pain is much less. Tightness slowly subsiding. My right boob is still higher. I just started massaging the implants. Yuck!! I hate the feeling. It's so uncomfortable. But the more I do it the better it feels. But still ewww feeling.
