At 38yrs old & after having 2 C-sections I had a not so hot belly...a fat round belly! I was able to hid it in clothing but on the beach I looked 3-4 mo pregnant. It was also making my pants too tight. I am not a big girl, this was really more about looking fit. Dr. Lacerna also tightened up my chin- I have had a little chin fat since a baby..she was able to use the laser and tighen this area!!
I would have never considered lipo or anything major but this was such a simple procedure and to have the ability to go to a skilled plastic surgeon like Melinda Lacerna it made me ( and my husband) feel at ease.

Dr. Lacerna is a kind, caring surgeon who has a passion for making people happy with what they see in the mirror. She also was very clear about what my expectations should be. Her entire team was also so knowledgeable, warm and made me feel 100% comfortable. BTW- Down time for me was only 24 hours..but I took slow for a few days.
